Try Before You Buy
How does this unique "Try before you Buy" option work?
Holidays and Homes clients now have the unique opportunity to rent
some of our current “key-ready” properties for up to a two year
period, during which time you can purchase either that property, or
another in our qualifying TryB4UBuy range, and enjoy fantastic savings
at the time of purchase.
Should you decide to purchase within the first year, you will have the
property price reduced by the full amount of rental paid within that
year. If you purchase within the second year, you will have the
property price reduced by their overall rental costs less 15%.
We can also offer clients renting our
La Calma properties two options - unfurnished, or for an
additional small monthly payment, a fully furnished option. Please
note this offer is for
La Calma apartments only.
This fantastic offer is primarily aimed at those clients who possibly
have property to sell before they can purchase their dream home here
in the beautiful Northern Costa Blanca. It is also designed to offer
clients the opportunity to experience both their new life in Spain,
including their new home and surroundings, before making the final
commitment to relocate.
The Try Before You Buy rental costs are as follows -
• La Calma (more
details) - 2 bedroom apartments adjacent to Lliber Village. 500 €
monthly unfurnished or 550 € monthly furnished (with a standard
furniture pack).
• Residencial Bon Sol (more
details) - 3 bedroom townhouse in Beniarbeig. 550 € monthly.
• Residencial Bellavista (more
details) - 3 bedroom townhouse in Jalon. 550 € monthly.
Please note that air conditioning, and all other utility costs are
additional to the monthly rental charges.
Furnished options are not available for either Residencial Bon Sol nor Bellavista townhouses.
The "Try Before You Buy" option is covered by a legal
contract between the renter
and the letting/sales company and an up-front bond of 1 months rental
is required for non furnished options and 2 months rental for
furnished options.
