Holidaymaker at Villa La Cometa, HH1218 ...
We stayed at La Cometa end of May beginning of June 2010 with our 2
grandchildren aged 6 & 12 and would definitely book it again. Tina was
most informative & helpful when we arrived and only a phone call away if
needed. The villa was spotless & the welcome pack was appreciated. The
pool was excellent and cleaned twice while we were there - the children
loved it. We had sun all week and Moraira was a lovely place. Clean and
not a bustling tourist resort so we felt very safe with the children at
all times. Eating out was not expensive - we would recommend David's
Fish and Chip shop on the coast road (eat in or take away) if you need
your fix as they do everything and quality was excellent. Its next to
the "Irish Pub". We shopped at a large Supermarket (Mercadona) on the
roundabout (on your left) before getting into Moraira for our first main
shop but afterwards found the Masymas chain of supermarkets were better
for English choice and variety, there's one not far from David's fish
and Chip shop. Bar 21 was Ok clean & friendly, just a few minutes walk
from the villa (turn first left at bottom of short hill from Villa and
its at the top of the road) - Ok for a pint and bar snack if you don't
want to drive far some times. A car was really needed as its a fair walk
about 20-25 minutes into Moraira (more so with 2 children) and uphill on
the way back - also for shopping and getting about. Book this villa and
Tony and his team will make sure you are well satisfied with your
choice.

Staying at Apartment Vistas del Vinedos, HH17188 ...
I enjoyed my stay here and in fact went back again for another week.
Very comfortable and excellent position overlooking the Valley, within
reach of supermarket and facilities in Jalon and Lliber, beautiful awesome
scenery, very secure and all facilities were exceptional. One gripe with
me because I am a news fanatic I would have liked the television to have
had an aerial so that I could watch programmes, but this did not deter
from the enjoyment of my stay. The pool is excellent. I would recommend
this lovely apartment, which is very reasonably priced, to all types of
families.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The booking arrangements were
very straightforward and the directions and maps provided most useful. It is
a lovely apartment with direct access to a large central garden with superb
swimming pool, plenty of grass and palm trees. We had use of a private
parking space in the underground car park, there was a welcome pack waiting
for us with items for hot and cold drinks, including wine and beers, and
some biscuits and the lady who met us with the keys was very friendly and
helpful.
The location is ideal being just a very short walk to a supermarket,
restaurants and the local beach and beach bars. The shops and beaches of the
Port area and the Arenal are within easy walking distance and we found some
lovely eating places.
We found so much to see and do around Javea, including swimming, diving, go
karting, caves, a safari park, etc. We even managed a trip into Valencia and
visited the Lladro factory - wonderful. We shall be going back for more!

I have already written a review but as my sons and friend have raved
about it on their Bebo site I feel I need to write again. The property is
very homely and spacious. All you need to pack are your clothes as
everything else is catered for. We had planned to go into Benidorm every
night but we left this to the younger members and just enjoyed the out side
of the villa with the superb gardens and the fantastic pool. My sons and
friends did not want to venture out during the day and had a riot in the
pool (until we claimed all the floats). They made up for it at night when
they daily went to Benidorm for all their fun. As we all work hard and don't
see each other often enough, the villa was a dream come true. It was good
location, quiet, near a lovely town and supermarket but being only 10euro
for a taxi to Benidorm centre we had the best of both worlds. I would
definitely recommend this villa. You do need to hire a car from the airport
to the villa or pay 35 euro each way. Barbara who looks after the villa is
very helpful and came to our rescue the 1st night as our Sat Nav made us
lost !!! I had to phone her again only once and she was more than helpful. I
would recommend this villa because its private and not overlooked although
their are other villas all around. We all certainly had a fun time. Thanks

of Casa Sophie, HH1358 ...
Recently returned from a long winter stay in this property. Everything
was as expected, beautifully clean and in first class order. The heating had
been put on for our arrival which was very welcome after a much-delayed
journey from snowy UK. We settled in straight away, feeling comfortable and
'at home'. The size and location of Casa Sophie was ideal for my husband and
myself, being away from the (sometimes in winter) busy coastal area, yet
near enough to be reached in a few minutes by car. We are very familiar with
this part of the Costa Blanca and there are many places to visit and explore
on this peninsula, and particularly inland in the mountains and beyond. It
is very good walking country. There are many excellent restaurants in the
immediate area. A new 'find' this year was the restaurant at Pedramala -
'back' road to Benissa - with a very good menu and quality food.

Climbers at Apartment Vistas del Vinedos, HH17188 ...
We have spent a week rock climbing in the Costa Blanca area. The
apartment totally fulfilled our needs. It was clean, spacious, comfortable,
and well affordable. We really enjoyed the extra service including cleaning,
bed-linen, and a welcome-package. The area has many beautiful climbing
sites, including a small but excellent one at 5 minutes walking distance.

This is a wonderful townhouse and we are return customers, the decor is
lovely and it has everything you need just like your own home, it is within
easy reach of supermarket, bars and restaurants, the town of Javea is a
beautiful town , the complex that the townhouse sits in is immaculate and
well looked after with a a stunning pool with both a shallow side for the
kids and a deeper side for swimmers, the patio is a godsend with its
furniture for alfresco breakfast and lunch whilst you play in the pool. I
would definitely return again. Thanks"

Just returned from staying at Ian and Sues lovely apartment. It was well
equipped and we had problems what so ever. Sue, Ian, Pip and Molli made us
feel very welcome. Lovely garden and pool with beautiful surroundings. We
will definitely recommend the apartment to friends. Looking forward to
coming back next year. Wyn and Sue.

Review for
Villa Sabatera, HH1468 ...
The villa was great and ideal for two families to share. The open plan
design and the terracing around the pool gave us a great deal of living
space. The decor was tasteful and simple which again made the stay very
comfortable. The pool was excellent for families with older children but may
not suit younger children as it was very deep. I had only a very few minor
issues, there needs to be more crockery and cutlery supplied and plastic
cups. The day bed outside also needs to have the mattress replaced or taken
away. On the whole the Villa was a great place to stay.

We had such a fabulous time, we are already looking at returning. the
welcome pack (which included wine, cheese, bread, croissant, butter, crisps
and much more) was very welcome after a long journey. Roy greeted us and
made us feel very welcome, the apartment was very well stocked with
necessary items and the garage was a treasure trove of water play items the
villa itself was fabulous and the location to the beach could not be
bettered. we looked on Google earth and found it on the south eastern part
of the Arenal but a realistic a safe 5 min walk to the beach. while saying
that it was on the edge of a residential area and was respectfully quiet
wonderful wonderful wonderful.

Fabulous villa in a good location. It would be around 15 minutes walk
into the town, but as we were experiencing a heat wave during our week, we
weren't able to make the walk at all & used the car each time due to the
excessive heat. All home comforts are provided at the villa and it is very
spacious. Even t-bags, coffee, tomato ketchup, wine & a bottle of water in
the fridge were there (left from previous occupants - but very useful) as we
arrived late in the evening. The only extra thing we would have benefited
from during the holiday would have been a fan on the kitchen ceiling, as
this room got very hot indeed! Also the handle on the door to the bunker
room kept falling off but we soon fixed that with superglue! If you arrive
late & are looking for the outside lights, don't make the mistake we did by
pressing the grey switch on the wall by the Jacuzzi (it actually has a
picture of a light on it) as this starts up the Jacuzzi which is very noisy
late at night! It does go off automatically though after about 5 minutes.
The outside light switch is up the steps to the side of the BBQ on the far
left hand wall. We didn't have to get in contact with the agents at all
during our stay but saw them briefly on the morning of our departure & they
seemed very friendly and approachable. We would definitively recommend this
villa & return ourselves at some point.
