Villa La Repere is a very comfortable holiday home, tastefully furnished and on two floors. For smaller families either floor can be rented separately and the other floor will be lock and unoccupied.

On the upper floor is 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite shower-room, and 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning (with an additional bed available).There is a family bathroom and a modern kitchen with dishwasher. The comfortable lounge has a satellite TV and DVD player (with a selection of DVD's) and a large dining area. Outside you will find a covered terrace and steps lead down to the sunbathing terrace by the 8 x 4 metre private pool. Gardens surround the villa and the property is walled and gated so it is safe for children. Also at pool level is a separate 1 bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 4 people by utilising the double sofa bed in the lounge. It has a bedroom with air-conditioning that can be configured as a double or twin, a lounge with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom: with shower, wash basin and toilet.

Lounge: satellite TV (including BBC and ITV), DVD player, wood burning stove.
Dining area: large table seating 8, door to covered terrace.
Kitchen: gas hob and cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave.

La Fustera: La Fustera lies on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe, Alicante airport is 95kms (1hr drive) and Valencia airport is 135kms (1.5hrs drive) with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both. The village of La Fustera is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. This area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery, fine beaches, including water-sports, and many small villages to explore. Moraira and Surrounds: Nearby is the small town of Moraira which has pleasantly grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe and is particularly popular with Spanish from Madrid and Valencia. It has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour-side fish restaurants and bars still retaining their Spanish character.
There are also some larger resorts nearby that are easily reached by car that are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 20km. If it is entertainment you are after, Benidorm is about 25km away and within this busy resort you can find restaurants, night clubs, shows, theme parks, zoos. In fact you name it, Benidorm will have it!

Utilities: The rental price includes an allowance for electricity of 10 units (Kwh) per day and for gas .08% per day. Any usage above this is charged at £0.20 per unit for electricity and £24 per 1%, for gas and is taken from the refundable surety. This allowance is adequate for normal use of the facilities, including the air-conditioning, and you can check your usage on the electric meter for the house.

Extended Winter Rentals between October and March:

4 to 7 weeks £215 per week
8 to 12 weeks £195 per week
13 to 16 weeks £175 per week
plus gas and electricity as used.


Monthly rates from October to March include welcome pack, two sets of linen and towels and internet Wi-Fi. Electricity and gas are charged extra as used. Electricity is charged at £0.20 per unit and gas is £0.24 per 0.01% and is taken from the refundable surety. You can check your usage on the meters at the house.
