Villa Sabatera is a spacious and elegant 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool in the La Sabatera area of Moraira just 1700 metres (20 minutes walk) to the main beach and shops of Moraira. The villa has some special features including a large 8m x 4m private swimming pool with poolside pergola bed and a terrace with loungers, table and chairs. The villa itself is furnished to a very high standard and the ground floor has an extensive open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with designer furniture. Here also is a double bedroom and a shower room. A wide sweeping staircase leads up to the first floor where there are four further bedrooms, the master bedroom featuring a double four poster bed. Both double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there are two twin bedded rooms and a further bathroom. The villa is air-conditioned in every room and also has underfloor heating. The lounge has a large television with the full Sky Satellite package and the kitchen includes hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, frig freezer and a washing machine in an adjacent utility area.

Villa Sabatera is in Moraira on the Spanish Costa Blanca mid-way between Alicante and Valencia. Moraira is a small and pretty seaside town only twenty minutes walk from the villa. A fish market is held daily with Friday being the principal market day where you can buy souvenirs, fresh fruit and vegetables. The village has many shops, bars and restaurants. This area boasts 'the best all year round climate in Europe' according to the World Health Organisation. So with 320 days of sunshine a year you can take advantage of Villa Sabatera for a Summer, Spring, Autumn or Winter holiday.

The Costa Blanca is renowned for being a shoppers paradise offering everything from fashionable clothes, leather goods, perfumes and wines as well as an abundance of fresh fruit, fish and vegetables.
