Apartment Hideaway is situated in the El Cortijo Urbanisation in Denia and is a ground floor apartment in a small complex with direct access into the garden and pool area.
Apartment Hideaway has its own entrance and has recently been renovated to a high standard. This one bedroom accommodation includes a large through living / dining / kitchen area, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The living room has a television, video player, C.D. player, radio and celiling fan. There are two comfortable settees, 1 of which is a sofa bed. The dining area has a table with two chairs and the modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. A large range of cutlery, crockery and cooking dishes are supplied for comfortable home catering. The bedroom has a double bed and also has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. A hairdryer is provided. There is a small private terrace with a garden table and four chairs and two sun beds.
Pleae note that smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
The location of the apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday in a quiet residential area with only a 10 minute walk to the local shops and a 20 walk or 5 minute drive to the nearest beach.
Denia is a magical place full of life, tradition and vibrant colour, especially during one of its many fiestas like "Las Fallas" or local celebrations like "Bous a la Mar" (Bulls in the Sea).
The town is situated at the foot of the majestic Montgó mountain between Valencia and Alicante and has officially been recognised as one of the worlds healthiest places. Denia is a town which can offer something for everyone, it has spectacular blue flag sandy beaches and rocky coves, five 18 hole golf courses, and more fiestas per year than any other Spanish town.
Places to Visit - Denia is an ideal centre for visiting other attractions and places of interest on the Costa Blanca. Nearby is the Montgo Mountain that looks like an elephant and it is possible to climb to the top of this where you will be rewarded with some spectacular views. The safari park at Vergel and caves at Benidoleig are a short drive away as are the nearby towns of Javea, Moraira and Calpe. The village of Gata is well known for its wicker goods and here also is a Spanish guitar factory that you can look around. The waterfalls at Bollula are featured on some of the postcards and the pretty village of Guadalest perched on a rock is famous for hand made lace. Benidorm is only 40 minutes drive and offers the huge aqua park Aqualandia , sea world (Mundo Mar) and the new Terra Mitica Disney style theme park. Here also is the Benidorm Palace that put on some excellent stage shows with dinner included if you wish.
