This typical Spanish villa in the La Cometa area of Moraira is peacefully situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac and within walking distance (1500 metres) of Moraira's fine sandy beach and wide choice of local bars, shops and restaurants.
La Cometa villa has extensive terraces where guests can enjoy the large swimming pool and soak up the sun. The villa has a traditional Spanish feel, with an American style kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster leading to an open plan dining room, living room with satellite television & video, and a utility room with washing machine. There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin singles and a sofa bed in the lounge for an additional child, a family bathroom (with shower) and a shower room (en suite to the main bedroom).
Outside you will find a shaded dining terrace, large sun terrace, a roof solarium, barbecue and private 9m x 4m swimming pool. All on one level the villa is ideal for a family or one or two couples.
Please note that the villa is non-smoking internally with an outside covered area available for smokers.
La Cometa Villa is also extremely close to Em Nau Villa (property reference HH1077) and therefore both villas could be rented by two families who wish to remain in close proximity to one other but would also like to retain their privacy. Please contact us direct for more details.
Moraira is only 1hr drive from Alicante airport, 30 mins from Terra Mitica (Spain's Disney style theme park for the young), the Mundomar marine & exotic animal park and Aqualandia water park for the energetic. Sailing and scuba diving are available in Moraira's own beautiful marina. Horse Riding and numerous golf courses are within easy reach in Moraira, Javea and Denia.
