The villa is just 100 metres from the Sierra Cortina Spa Centre that has a restaurant, indoor swiming pool, tennis courts and treatment rooms. The La Marina commercial centre with supermarket, shops and a bus service into Benidorm is 2000 metres, a 20-25 minute walk.
The front door leads into the hallway with toilet and washroom to one side and the kitchen with separate dining room to the other.
The lounge is at the front of the house with English television and another dining area. Patio doors take you to the covered naya and a private garden laid to grass.
A gate at the end of the garden leads to the communal landscaped gardens and two swimming pools.
