What the banks will require the following
information when applying for
a mortgage in Spain
1. Last 6 months payslips and most recent P60 (or equivalent)
2. Last 6 months personal bank statements
3. Proof of savings
4. Copies of passports
5. Full credit reports. If you can confirm which country you officially
reside in, so that we can email you the correct web address
6. Nota simple (we will obtain for you)
7. Purchase contract (we will obtain for you)
8. Letter from employer confirming your job title, length of employment and
that the job can be considered permanent
