You can advertise your property for sale or to rent on this website. We do not charge for your property to be displayed but if we sell or rent your property we shall charge a percentage commission on the value of the sale/booking.

Properties For Sale

Private Vendors

At the moment, for private vendors, we are only accepting properties for sale that are located in the North Costa Blanca area of Spain. This is the location of our Spanish office and enables us to give personal service to both our vendors and purchasers.

If you have a property to sell in the North Costa Blanca you can upload the property details yourself by going to the registration/login page at  http://www.holidaysandhomes.co.uk/sales/logon.asp. Please also see the help page for guidelines on uploading your property details to our sales website.

Agents

We can accept properties onto our website from agents in most areas. If the properties are not located in the North Costa Blanca area Holidays and Homes will first need to be sure that the service available to our clients meets the same standard as that provided from our own offices. At the moment each property has to be uploaded manually but it is very straightforward and pictures are automatically resized. We shall soon be able to accept an xml feed of your properties.

Properties For Rent

Private Vendors

We are able to accept rental properties onto our website from private owners in most areas. At the moment we are only able to provide in-resort services (representation/cleaning/laundry, etc.) in the North Costa Blanca area of Spain. If your property is located elsewhere you will either need to arrange these services yourself or talk to us and we shall advise and assist as much as we can.

Agents

We are able to accept rental properties from agents in most areas.
