You can advertise your property for sale or to rent on this website. We do not charge for your property to be displayed on the Holidays and Homes website but if we sell or rent your property we shall charge a percentage commission on the value of the sale/booking. For rentals we also offer paid advertising options if you prefer to handle the enquiries yourself.
Holidays and Homes can help you in various ways to sell or rent your property and some of the options are described below ....
Properties For Sale -
1. Listing Option: Includes a free listing on the Holidays and Homes websites, your property marketed on third party property portals, in our newsletters and through our network of agents. There are no up-front charges for this option, just a commission of
3% to 5% on the value if we achieve a sale. You may upload your own property details if you wish by registering on our
registration/login page at http://www.holidaysandhomes.co.uk/logon.asp.

If you are an agent with multiple
properties we can also import your property details to our website using an xml feed,
if you have one or are prepared to create one. We shall be happy to arrange

Properties For Rent -
1. Listing Option: Includes a free listing on the Holidays and Homes websites, your property marketed on-line, in our newsletters and through our network of agents. There are no up-front charges for this option, just a commission of 10% of the value of any bookings we achieve for you. You may upload your own property details if you wish by registering on our
registration/login page at http://www.holidaysandhomes.co.uk/logon.asp. Holidays and Homes will process the bookings.
2. Premium Listing Option: This is a combination of the Listing
Option, as described in 1 above, plus discounted advertising on a major international holiday rental portal. In addition we can, if you wish,
create an on-line availability and booking calendar for your property. The
price for this service is £175.00 - much less than the cost of the
major portal on it's own! Enquiries resulting from this third party advertising will be
forwarded directly to you for processing and no commission is charged. If
you accept bookings generated by the Holidays and Homes network, as in
option 1, you pay 10% of the value of
each booking.
3. Rental Management Option: If you do not want daily involvement in
managing your rentals just ask Holidays and Homes to manage all your
rentals. We will control the
master booking calendar and advertise your property on the Holidays and
Homes website and in our newsletters, on over 50 other websites across
Europe, including at least two major international holiday rental portals, and through
our network of letting agents. In addition we will create an on-line
availability and booking calendar for your property. There are no up-front
charges for this option, just a commission of 15% on the value of the rental
bookings we achieve plus the cost of the in-resort services (laundry,
cleaning, etc.) that you can either arrange yourself or ask Holidays and
Homes to provide (North Costa Blanca area only).

Agents
We can accept properties onto our website from agents in all areas.
If the properties are not located in the North Costa Blanca area Holidays
and Homes will first need to be sure that the service available to
our clients meets the same standard as that provided from our own
offices. You can upload your own property details manually by registering
your agency at http://www.holidaysandhomes.co.uk/logon.asp
It is very straightforward and pictures are automatically resized.
We can also upload your property details automatically using an xml feed
if you have one or are prepared to create one. We shall be happy to arrange

Terms and Conditions
Agreement for Properties For Sale
1. Holidays and Homes will accept (subject to approval) properties for sale
from private vendors for inclusion on the Holidays and Homes website and
other advertising and marketing materials.
2. There is no charge for advertisements placed on the Holidays and Homes
website but commission will be payable if Holidays and Homes achieve a
successful sale.
3. By uploading your property details you (the advertiser) are accepting
this agreement relating to the advertising and sale of the property(s).
4. The advertiser hereby grants to Holidays and Homes authority to carry out
all the required actions so as to enable Holidays and Homes to proceed with
the sale of the advertisers property(s), according to the clauses mentioned
herein, and gives authority to prepare a private contract, on the
advertiser’s behalf, for the sale of the property(s). Such authority is
given until the property(s) is/are sold or withdrawn from sale.
5. Holidays and Homes will liaise with the advertiser to view the property(s)
and to assist with the valuation and production of a comprehensive
description, photographs and a video as required for each property.
6. The advertiser must provide Holidays and Homes with proof of ownership of
the property(s) and a copy of the Escritura.
7. The advertiser agrees that Holidays and Homes may market the property(s)
using the World Wide Web, various other advertising media and through their
network of partner agents.
8. All enquiries generated from Holidays and Homes marketing and advertising
will be processed by Holidays a Homes.
9. A representative of Holidays and Homes will be present at all viewings by
prospective purchasers and will communicate directly with the purchaser and
the advertiser.
10. The advertiser must provide Holidays and Homes with the means to allow
them to take prospective purchasers to view the property(s). This will be
the contact details for a key-holder who is resident in or near the
advertised property or a set of keys for the property provided to Holidays
and Homes.
11. The advertiser will supply any information relating to the property(s)
as may be requested by Holidays and Homes from time to time.
12. In the event of Holidays and Homes achieving a successful sale the
advertiser agrees to pay Holidays and Homes commission at the rate of 5% of
the full sale price. 2.5% of this commission will be paid at the time of the
signing of the Private Purchase/Sale Contract, and the remaining 2.5% will
be paid at the time of the finalisation of the Purchase/Sale at the Notary.
13. The advertiser agrees to pay Holidays and Homes the commission
identified in paragraph 11 for any sale to a purchaser introduced by
Holidays and Homes
14. When Holidays and Homes achieve a successful sale the Holidays and Homes
representative will progress the legal formalities of the sale by liaising
with the respective lawyers, banks and the notary and will be present for
the final completion at the Notary.
15. If the advertiser sells the property(s) through another agent the
advertiser must immediately notify Holidays and Homes.
16. The advertiser agrees not to advertise the same property(s) at a lower
price either privately or through another agent.
17. Holidays and Homes reserve the right to accept or decline any
advertisement.
18. These terms and conditions set out the agreement between the parties and
is governed by the provision of Articles 1,709 and 1,739 of the Spanish
Codigo Civil (Civil Code) and such other legislation pertaining to this
Agreement.
19. Irrespective of any other jurisdiction to which this Agreement may be
subject, the parties hereto subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the
Courts of Denia (Alicante) for the resolution of any disputes or queries
arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement.
Agreement for Properties For Rent (Free Listing)
1. Holidays and Homes will (subject to approval) accept properties for rent
from private vendors for inclusion in the Holidays and Homes portfolio and
advertising and marketing material.
2. There is no charge for advertisements placed solely on the Holidays and Homes
website but commission will be payable based on the value of any rental
booking secured by Holidays and Homes.
3. By uploading your property details you (the advertiser) are accepting
this agreement relating to the advertising and rental of the property(s).
4. The advertiser hereby grants to Holidays and Homes authority to carry out
all required actions so as to enable Holidays and Homes to proceed with the
advertising and rental of the property('s), according to the clauses
mentioned herein, and gives authority to prepare a private contract, on the
advertiser’s behalf, for the rental of the property('s). Such authority is
given until the agreement is cancelled by either party.
5. The advertiser must provide Holidays and Homes with proof of ownership of
the property('s).
6. The advertiser agrees that Holidays and Homes may market the property('s)
using the World Wide Web, various other advertising media and through their
network of partner agents.
7. All enquiries generated from Holidays and Homes marketing and advertising
will be processed by Holidays a Homes.
8. The advertiser will supply any information relating to the property('s) as
may be requested by Holidays and Homes from time to time.
9. For all bookings generated by Holidays and Homes the advertiser agrees to
pay Holidays and Homes commission at the rate of 10% of the booking value.
10. For all bookings Holidays and Homes will liaise with the renter and the
property owner and undertake all the administration relating to the rental
booking.
11. The advertiser agrees not to advertise the same property('s) at a lower
price either privately or through another agent.
12. Holidays and Homes reserve the right to accept or decline any
advertisement.
13. The owner agrees to provide and maintain the property as described and
that all facilities, equipment and services will be maintained to an
acceptable standard to ensure quiet enjoyment of the property by the renter.
14. The owner agrees to maintain adequate Public Liability Insurance
(usually part of your household insurance) and to comply with any local
regulations and registration requirements.
15. The owner confirms that he/she has proper title and authority to commit
the property uploaded.
16. These terms and conditions set out the agreement between the parties and
is governed by the provision of Articles 1,709 and 1,739 of the Spanish
Codigo Civil (Civil Code) and such other legislation pertaining to this
Agreement.
17. Irrespective of any other jurisdiction to which this Agreement may be
subject, the parties hereto subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the
Courts of Denia (Alicante) for the resolution of any disputes or queries
arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement.

1. Holidays and Homes will (subject to approval and payment) accept
rental properties
from private vendors for inclusion in the Holidays and Homes portfolio and
advertising and marketing material, plus over 50 other websites across
Europe, including a major international holiday rental portal, and through
our network of letting agents.
2. Enquiries resulting from the third party advertising will be forwarded
directly to the owner to process and no commission is charged by Holidays
and Homes.
3. Any bookings generated by Holidays and Homes, and accepted by the owner,
will be charged at 10% of the booking value.
