Having offices in both the UK and in Spain (in Benissa that is about 5 miles from Moraira) Holidays and Homes are ideally placed to be your helping hand at all stages of buying your new home, from finding the right property to assisting in the negotiations and contracts with the vendor, solicitors, banks, notary, etc. We will advise and assist you with all the formalities required in becoming a property owner in Spain, and some of the less formal requirements such as arranging a telephone installation, television services, buying a car, schools, etc. etc.

Buying a Spanish property is a complex undertaking and with the added language and culture differences it is comforting to have the service of an independent advisor who will be able to look after your interests. Holidays and Homes can do this because we are not tied to any specific agent, owner or developer. The added advantage is that there is no cost to you because we are paid from the agents or developers commission that is part of the sale price. In fact our experience and knowledge can help you to save money!
Our only request is that should you find a property with another agent that you would like to view and we have not offered it that you first give us the opportunity to register you with that agent and arrange the viewing. Our service then continues to be free.

We shall also be pleased to help you arrange flights, transport and accommodation for an inspection visit, if you wish, and can also pick you up from the airport and provide transport for you to view the properties. It is like having a friend who knows all the answers ~ or knows someone who does!
